Skyrim Disabling GPU

Hi all,
Skyrim completely disables my GPU (I think). It turns off my monitor, the sound still plays, but then crashes completely, forcing me to hard reset. It happens at stock clock speeds as well as overclocked ones (which is stable). I have googled it, and no luck. I have set my Sound Quality to 16-bit, 44100 Hz but it makes no difference.
I have an ASUS GTX 780 Ti DirectCU II OC, and an Intel Core i7 4770k @ 4.2 GHz.
Thanks in advance,
Dovahkitty

Lots o' mods. :p I know it sounds stupid, like that's obviously the issue, but I don't think it is. No other games that do this. :(

I got through the starting sequence without crashes :D Could you help me find which mods are causing the crashes? :3

Not sure if this is feasible, I have 200+ mods. :/ I'll see this weekend, but if there's a way around it... :)

If you use NMM you should be able to check version pretty easy, but the manually installed mods could be tricky. I found the epic storms (or something like that) caused the game to crash constantly, it was annoying to track down. If the game version updated make sure SKSE is updated too.
