The problema is i took it too the store twice 1 becuz was flickering it worked fine at the store but at house didnt so i took it back again after they replaced the graphics card to the same but to a newer version and installed the drived i took my tv with it and it was good but i wanted to use it on my monitor too and then its when it started flickering again screen going on and off horizontal blurry in overall now i have the 2 setup and it wont flicker tv is in HDMI and the other one is a tv with a VGA adapter from pc my question is how can i fix this removing my second tv with HDMI cuz it's smaller it also doesnt load the screen there for some reason it did when it came from the store but now it doesn't and only has 2 screen options when i set it as mainscreen and wont load as only hmdi plugged in

1280x800 recomemded on the monitor main one thats the higher chosen it goes

and on second only has
1280x720
to
1920x1080 recommended

but on the hdmi one the proper setup is 1156x560 i think or something like that how can i set up the monitor without HDMI as only 1 so it doesnt flick

Solution
oh sorry i forgot.. connect back the two screens, were gonna disable one screen output.

control panel > display > adjust screen resolution > there should be a setting there to select the main display then change the extend display to something that will only use one.

one screen doesnt support 720p but always worked fine , plus the one with hmdi can only set it to 1080i or 1080p then i gets lower to 540 and 240 or something , im using this 1 but isnt working on the right resolution will also not let me select the right one has 1900+ and only 1280 2 options only is there a way i change that to make it select all?

for the tv, you need to set the setting manually by the remote control, but some full hd tv's dont lower their resolution below 1080p.

if you can use another monitor instead of your tv, then we can probably isolate your problem.
