PSU requirement question!

Will this run on a 650w seasonic psu?

intel i7 4770 3.4ghz
two ddr3 chips at 12gb total
sound blaster Z
1 hdd and 1 ssd
matx asus mobo z87m plus
four 120mm fan with 3 being LED
one 92mm fan non LED
Asus ROG Mars GTX 760 Dual

650w is probably enough for stock settings but if you want to OC it you would probably need more power. Unfortunately, I couldn't find real good power usage data on it yet. I said the 750w based on gtx 760 SLI reqs but the ROG should use less power.

Edit: Found some data on its power consumption, looks like it consumes a tiny bit more power than the gtx 780 ti so 650w would work but I wouldn't do much overclocking with it.
