Blackscreen with mouse after bootscreen for about a minute win7

After the bootscreen (Not modded)
I get a blank screen with just the mouse cursor on it.
It lasts about 1-2 minutes until the logon screen shows up.
Setting in to. Automatic login didnt work.
It happens in the secure mode too.
I hope that you can help me

something may be just slow to get loaded and its got to wait on it ... you need to see what it may be you can look at the event view and see if there an error for something that failed or was slow to load or go to system configuration /start up and disable one of the programs one at a time to see if its one of them. also how will it do if you start up in safe mode ??
