I am thinking about building my own all-in-one PC, 3D printing a chassis and everything. I'll try to get to the point. My questions are:

What kind of screen would I get to plant into the chassis, and how would I connect it to the mobo? (It would either be a thin-mini-ITX or mini-ITX)

How would I go about placing USB ports or a 3.5mm jack on the front?

Finally, I found http:// on newegg, would I get two for stereo and just connect them to the mobo, or do something else?

I've worked with building computers before, but building my own all-in-one PC will be a very possible, but harder task. Thanks in advance.

Hi there,
I can honestly say that building a all-in-one pc is about the same difficulty as building your own laptop.
You would have to build your own chassis around a mini-itx board and drill holes into the chasis for all the ports.
Then finding a screen that's flat panel and uses HDMI and VGA is impossible and you would also have to be VERY skilled at soldering.
Basically its very close to a impossibility.
If I were you I would build a desktop, and place it in another room or out of site and then have the HDMI or VGA lead going into a flat panel/touchscreen monitor and have a USB power button or WOL packets to wake it up and then use that as a all in one
