it isn't listed in the manual where it lists all the supported ram though ?
  3. The QVL lists are never complete or updated , get 2 - 8 gb modules not 4x4.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

    Memory: G.Skill Sniper Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2133 Memory ($159.99 @ Newegg)
    Total: $159.99
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

yea but i was planning on buying 2 of those because i wanted 32gb of ram
  5. You listed 4x4 in your link.
  6. Nevermind didn't know you were going for 2 full sets.

sorry i forgot to mention it and also i am confused it doesn't it matter that it doesn't say supports x79 or 2011 on top so does it really matter with that ?
  8. Your fine it will work with your board:

    8 x DIMM, Max. 64GB, DDR3 2800(O.C.)/2666(O.C.)/2400(O.C.)/2133(O.C.)/1866/1600/1333/1066 MHz Non-ECC, Un-buffered

so basically it doesn't matter ? because i read that some ram kits says made for socket 2011 and x79 but g skill snipers doesn't say anything like that ?
  10. It's a QUAD channel kit , no reason it shouldn't work.

Also would there be any performance difference if i picked anyother ram but at 2133?
