So apparently I have an uncureable problem unless someone here can help or if GIGABYTE ever repies to me... but heres my problem:

When I try to boot with the Graphics card(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125463) installed the screen stays frozen at "Verifying DMI Pool Data" and will not continue. I can't enter the BIOS or Boot Menu because they freeze as well. We have tried other Grahpics cards and they work on this computer and we tried the Graphics card on another computer and it worked. I have a 650w power supply and we tried a new 750w and that didn't work either. I have this motherboard(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128565), if any help could be given that would be greatly appreaciated.

PS: brand new build so IDK how this would happen

If you have a uefi motherbd you made need to drop the motherbd into BIOS ot mixed mode or maybe add the card to the , umm, something like uefi startup sequence or legacy hardware list (these options are not available on all motherbds.) If you dont find those options then drop the motherbd into Bios/legacy/compatability/combined... mode. You may need to disable secure boot also.

The Closest thing I could find was "EFI CD/DVD Boot Option" and choose between: auto, EFI, NON-EFI. I choose NON-EFI and it froze on the same screen, just without the "Verifying DMI Pool Data" at the bottem.

I do not belive I have a uefi motherboard.
