This is my first time on this site because I have ran out of options and am stuck. So basically my graphics card, a Gigabyte GTX 770, works perfectly fine. The fans are spinning and it has power. However, on the device manager, it shows my display as, "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter." I know for a fact that this is NOT my graphics card. To make matters worse, whenever I try to install the drivers for my graphics card it states, "No NVIDIA hardware found." Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

And you figure if you don't list your pc configuration that it'll help keep us in the dark?

We could just guess. Maybe your mobo is stuffed? Or whatever OS you got doesn't work that way. Forum guide says 'POST YOUR BUILD' Do it!

What happens if you open device manager, right click on your computer's hostname and hit "Scan for Hardware Changes?"

I would also reseat your graphis card and make sure that it is set as the primary display adapter in your BIOS.

Also, how do you have your monitor connected to the computer, through the graphics card or the onboard?
