Forget overclocking and get a GTX780 instead.

can the cpu cooler be air cooled? because its more troublesome and if it leaks... and no ssd?? and isnt the gtx780 a more powerful card?

Yeah, I just (personally) don't like putting the Noctua D14 in a windowed case, as it's very bulky, and the color clashes with almost any build. But if that's not a big concern, the Noctua D14 is about $20 or more cheaper, and performs very similarly :)

SSD isn't a must, and is an easy upgrade in the future. And no, the 290x is similar to 780 Ti performance. So you get about 10-15% better performance in comparison to the 780 for the same price :)

and, i saw some reviews and quite alot said that it is noisy.... any suggestions of reducing the noise?

It only gets noisy when your CPU is under heavy load. I have mine overclocked to 4.2, and can't hear my computer while gaming, and when just doing normal stuff the fans are at 25%.

You could grab a pair if the SP-120s with the rubber mounting points and quieter operation, or if you don't mind the color some Noctua NF-12's would be very quiet
