XFX Easily, made by Seasonic which is the best of the best.
Corsairs is decent, but not quite as good as the XFX, but close.
Thermaltake has a bad name for the most part in powersupplies.

Go with the XFX Core edition or the TX Version 2 , BOTH ARE TIER 2 HIGH QUALITY SUPPLIES.
