OK, just from a quick glance... Cut your Ram down to 16GB. I've got 16GB, and there was no performance increase going from 8 to 16GB... Unless you're doing something that will require that much Ram... Also, the PSU doesn't need to be that large with just one GPU. 750 - 850W is way more then enough even for 2 cards.

Is this pretty much strictly for gaming? If so would move to the Z87 or the new Z97 (would suggest the Hero (in either chipset (that what I have (the Z87 and have a Z97 on the way) , 4770K with the Z87 or 4790K with the Z97, 16GB is plenty for gaming can easily go 32GB Would go with GSkill Tridents in 2133/9 (or better), the 780 is fine, I like the Asus CU model, a 256 or better Samsung EVO SSD for OS and Primary apps, a WD Blue or Black HD, SeaSonic 850 or so PSU is plenty for even 2 780s

Here's a Idea using a 780 ti... You'll need case fans. I only went with a 1080p monitor, with 1ms responce time, and 144 refresh rate, change it as needed.. Just a idea. you won't get this built for the same price.

*I'm not 100% that the H110 will work with that case... I did a 256GB samsung evo pro for your OS/programs/some games, and a 2TB WD black for data/games/other.
I picked you a nice Mechanical keyboard, and laser mouse, change as needed. I put in that sound card you wanted, personally I don't suggest it, but that's just me. It doesn't have any speakers picked.
Just a idea of what you can do with the money. Assuming you built it.

Thank you so much for helping guys, yea it's from cyberpower. I'll cut back on the ram and PSU, no I'm good on a mouse, monitor, and keyboard. My main concern really was the mobo, I hear there are a lot of good ones. But that's mainly what's keeping me from ordering the PC cause I don't know which to go with lol

Oh, give me a few, and I'll put a system together for you through them.
So, no monitor/keyboard/mouse/speakers... 3k budget, Should be easy.
Try and load this configuration.... 1G2HU1
If that doesn't work, then just say so...
Basically I went with... i7-4820k (oc'ed) 212 evo for cooling since 20% OC really isn't that much... Change to a closed loop if you want to. (no 4770k option, not a big deal)
The default mobo, Asus P9X79
Same case you picked...
Max high air case fans, with fan controller
EVGA super clocked 780 ti
16GB 2133 ram (you could cut down to 1866 to save about 70 bucks... for no performance loss)
250GB samsung evo for OS
2TB WD black HDD for other
That sound card you picked.
I also picked windows 8.1, assuming that's what you wanted.
I added the pro wire management, and extra packing steps to help insure it gets to you working... I also selected quicker assembly, 5 days... So alter all of that how you see fit.
It's a very, very solid build, and should keep you happy and gaming for a while.
***Here's a link to the same build, but $100 cheaper... I went with a 750w PSU, instead of a 850W, and 1866 ram instead of 2133... Just a option to save some cash without losing performance... 1G2HVQ

You'll love the Hero, have done a number of builds with it and all have, know I do, that's why getting it for a Z97
He's getting the system built for him... Sadly the "Hero" isn't a option. =/
*The Hero mobo looks great in my "Corsair Carbide Air 540". The red led on the left side of it reflects off of my 2 bottom mounted HDD's, and my H100i pump has a LED Corsair logo that can be changed to any color you pick... Just looks so damned sexy. Hell, even the 2 green led dots on my GPU adds to it... So nice, wire management was a breeze too...

I can't see it thru my phone ATM, will look at it once I get off in a few. But I also called tiger direct and they said its 80.00 dollars labor if I bring in the parts or buy it from them, figured if I went thru them I'd have a bigger selection to choose from for my build than cyberpower, for example the first build u posted, chargeit.

They will both be good builds, but the one I posted will be cheaper, and better... Remember, I had added in the monitor/keyboard/mouse/ So lol, that added a lot to the price of that build... =D
Go the tiger rout!

Look at that cost now that the monitor/keyboard/mouse are taken out of it... Under $2500 for a killer system.

Cyberpower isn't a bad option if you don't want to build on your own, but, it will cost you... Heck, just shipping is something like $100.
