Okay so my GPU is a 750ti sc and my CPU is an A8-5500 Its an APU but its quad core 3.4GHz turbo to 3.7GHz. Ram 8g. and 300w PSU

I feel i shouldn't have a bottle neck but the reason I feel that is played BF4 on high and some times ill hover around 40-60% GPU sometimes 60-100% usage. So I assumed that maybe CPU bottle neck because my usage on my CPU was 80-100% at times.

But then i played MineCraft... and my GPU usage never broke 20%? and my CPU was around 50%.

What am I missing? How do I fix this?

AMD APU's are pretty lightweight when it comes to CPU power. If you have the cooling available overclocking it may alleviate some of the bottlenecking. My guess is that the bottleneck is very borderline as the 750Ti while a capable card, is not a super powerful card. You mention every thing it terms of usage, what is your framerate like? The reason I ask is if you are gettting reasonably high framerates (don't know what resolution or detail settings you are using), you can raise the detail settings which should put some more strain on the GPU and hide the CPU bottlenecking your experiencing. However if the CPU bottlenecking is keeping you from experiencing a smooth framerate, overclocking the APU or replacing it for something...
