Great card, great price, best choice.

Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7770 1 GB GDDR5

It'll do everything you want, and a great card for that resolution.

PSU's one of the shady aftermarket local brands BUT good news is - I've taken both your advices... just placed an order for Sapphire HD 7770 1 gb ddr5 + a corsair 550w PSU... :)
Appreciate your help.... many thanks...

The Seasonic ECO doesn't have PCIe connectors.
Get Corsair CX430 or Seasonic S12II 430 if budget isn't a problem

It has 2 6+2-pin connectors.
Why would a power supply have 34A on the +12V rail if there are no GPU connectors?

Hmm. I would avoid the Seasonic ECO series.
First of all its discontinued. So that means its old stock.
Once the input voltage is restricted to the 220V range it can't be 80 Plus certified. It doesn't have the 80Plus label.
It uses Teapo capacitors on the secondary.
Cables are not sleeved.

It's 80 PLUS Bronze.
Where did you read it uses Teapo capacitors? I can't find a review of it on the net.
