Let me start this why I wanted a CPU-only build. I was supposed to get a 1000$ budget not until my brother wanted a new pc too. Now we both have a 750$ budget.
So btw here's my build:
CPU: AMD A10-7850K 3.70GHz Quad-Core APU w/ Radeon R7 8GCN Cores Graphics

Cooler: Asetek 510LC (hhhmm or maybe standard fan eh?)

MoBO: Gigabyte A88X mitX

Ram: 8gb ddr3 2133

430 corsair watts----1tb western digital
Case : Zues mini mITX
My brother's gonna get both cpu and gpu. This is only experimental. What do you guys think??
Edit------> Ow, and can I play LoL on High settings? How about games such as tombraider with mid settings? Is 30 fps playable already?

Solution
Google your games' recommended pc specs.

So basically you want a $750 build? Does this include peripherals? (monitor, speakers, keyboard, mouse)

For $750 you will get a good build. But For $750 minus say $300 for peripherals, you'll be struggling with something like you've listed.

You should Google 'Tom's $450 build) and see what you've got - see my signature.

Smaller does tend to cost more $$$, and you can't use high-power parts as easily.
