I need a motherboard but I am confused on which one to choose, I don't plan on overclocking and I am only going to be running 1 gpu and I live in Australia if that makes any difference. The rest of my system specs are
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 780 OC 3GB - $599
i7 4770k - $385
CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler - $39
G.Skill Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL (2x4GB) DDR3 - $99
Western Digital WD Blue 1TB WD10EZEX - $69
Corsair HX-650 V2 80 PLUS Gold Power Supply - $155
Fractal Design Define R4 Black Pearl - $149

Hi and welcome to toms hardware!

I live In Australia too and you can;t get better then the store MSY, take a look, a great store with best prices. Buy in-store or online.

If you aren't overclocking, get the Intel i7 4770/4771, there not the "k" processors and aren't for OC, perform the same as the K, just aren't unlocked, but cost a bit less.

If you go with either of those two CPU's, all you'll need is a H87 motherboard. This one;

If you are not buying that pc right now you can consider new H97 or Z97 motherboards. Pricing looks to be consistent with H87 / Z87 so it should not strain your budget. There are brand new and offer support for next gen of intel CPUs if you would want to upg in few years and also some other improved features of new intel chipset.

Only problem is that not all shops have them already and some still got only preorder option so you would need to wait a little. But H87 or H97 both are good.
