It's a 'reference' card - lowest spec gtx660 you can find. The FTW will do 10% better with fps

I have the Galaxy model of GTX 660, a bit weaker than the EVGA FTW edition. It ran BF3 ultra at 1080p and 60 fps in single player. I found myself dipping into the 40 fps range in 64 player matches, but I'm 99% certain that was my CPU, since my CPU at the time was a Phenom II 955, which is now considered very weak for gaming.

So yes, a single GTX 660 FTW should be able to keep BF3 on ultra at 60 fps considering you have an i5-3470. The i5-3470 is 50% or more faster than my Phenom II, core per core it approaches 90% faster in benchmarks.
