Hi, ive been having trouble with my friends hardrive for a while now!

Basically to cut a long story short, I used his 1TB transcend hardrive to put films on my old laptop, he he has a windows 7 laptop! Anyways I disconnected the hardrive and gave it back to him and he said all his data was lost and that he couldn't access his hard drive anymore. I done the whole changing ports, checking my computer with it and his again and nothing instead of Jeff's hard drive it has (E;) for him and (F;) for me.

I'm trying to format it, but it is coming up with 931.51 GB RAW Healthy (Active, Primary Partition) the thing is it won't let me format when side clicking it either or deleting the volume...nothing! I'm actually baffled and feel lost with what to do! I would show you pictures, but I don't know how to on this! If anyone can help i would appreciate it!

He just wants it rid of now, however it just won't let me delete volumes or anything! I don't have time to download all these recovery tools, we are on tour you see. If I can format it he can then Gert movies etc off us so his morale will be okay again
