dell optiplex gx 620 running 775/ 945 dual core what do you think i can max this out to

sorry what that means is what do you think the biggest cpu is that I can put in this would it be possible to run a core duo 6300 or a 6600 or maybe even a Q6600 as I know it runs a 960 dual core because that is what I have just putt in it and the bios is updated to A10 just running a little hot so will have to run a bigger cpu fan really I guess what I want to know is has any one else run any thing higher than a 960
