So i have a Gigabyte windforce Nvidia Geforce GTX 760 4gb. so, before i put the card into my computer everything runs great. nothing is bad. it doesn't shut down randomly or nothing like ive had in the past. But when i put the card in. the computer starts up and then when i try running a game lets say daylight. It shuts off even before loading the game
here's my specs
Case: Thermaltake Commander MS-I Epic Edition Black / Red
Processor: Intel Core i7 4770k (Not overclocked) running at 3.5 ghz
Heatsink: Cooler Master Hyper T4
Mobo: AsRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX
Power Supply: Corsair HX Series HX850 850W ATX
Hard Drive: WD Caviar Blue 1tb
Wirless card in pci slot.
So a little more information i have 2 exhausts one in the back and one on the side pannel and i have an intake in the very front. i want your guy's opinion is it my graphics card or did i screw something else up

Download the Display Driver Uninstaller from here . Follow its instructions to clean any remnants of older drivers. Then reinstall the latest drivers. Hopefully (and most probably) the problem lies with the software environment. Also, before you consider replacing the 760, see if it can run in another system with at least a 500W PSU.

I recently used a crappy Nvidia Geforce 8400 GS and my computer didn't over heat or anything. Of course it isn't the size of the 760. But i just wanted to state that i have tried other graphics cards so I'm pretty sure that my 350 graphics card just turned into a paper weight. but I will still try to use it in another computer
