Nope. Nor is there a noticeable difference above 1333MHz. Not for gaming anyway or most every application. If you are dealing with huge files and content creation or benchmarks, then you will see a difference. Otherwise, it's not worth the price premium.

What are the exact models? I would normally say "yes," but depending on the timings, you may actually see better performance for your needs from the 1600MHz memory.

Yeah, the difference in timings is completely negligible (9-9-9-27 vs 9-9-9-24).

Just go with whatever one you think looks best. In this scenario, I would probably just go with the 1866MHz Memory. Either way you're getting some great stuff. It can't hurt to have faster memory, I only recommend against it solely because of the price premium (which is not an issue here).
