Last week lightning stroke 20m from my home and one of the broken thinks is my pc.

This is what I have at the moment:

    Fractal Design Define R4 Pearl Black;
    MAXIMUS VI HERO;
    intel i5 4670k;
    N770 TF 2GD5/OC (gtx 770);
    8gb ram;
    1tb WD black;
    1 DVD drive;
    Corsair CX750M;

So I know that my motherboard and CPU are broken.
I wonder if replacing the motherboard and the cpu with a i74770K and add another gtx770 requires a more powerfull psu like the Corsair RM850?

If anyone could help me or has some advise, I would like to hear it.

A quality 750watt will handle it but nothing wrong with going with 850 for headroom, I would look at TX, HX and AX series from Corsair which all are better than the RM or Seasonic or XFX that are quality as well and often at good price.

Or even Antec on a good deal http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-hcg850m

There's a surprisingly little difference between the 4770K and 4670K when it comes to gaming. Upgrading is up to you of course, but I wouldn't buy it unless you're video editing or something similar.

For two GTX 770s and an overclocked i5/i7, a good 750W is sufficient. However, the CX750 isn't a good PSU. For only a bit more get this XFX 750W. It's modular and much more reliable and efficient than the CX750.
