Overvolt limited on ASUS NVIDIA GTX 770 OC

Hello! I have a ASUS NVIDIA GTX 770 DIRECTCU II and I've had this for a while now, I'm currently running a custom BIOS with the TDP limit increase for overclocking headroom but now I've bumped into an issue, the overvolt (by default) will only allow 12mV over the standard voltage, is there anything I can do about this?

I've seen people on YouTube who have increased their overvoltage limit with some form of VBIOS tweak which I've been unable to find, and I can get some serious speed out of this card if I could add more voltage.
