Unless your editing is photoshop or something that will make good use of the GPU (and you do it more than a couple hours a week) - I'd drop the titan to something a lot more cost/gaming friendly.

What GPU to get depends on your budget and how high of setting you want to run. Single 1080P screen gaming - a 780/TI or above is overkill (IMHO) and not so good on the performance/cost scale.

Again depending on how much editing you will be doing on it - dropping to the i5-4670k can be a good cost/performance move

So i had to replace the gpu to 760 / 770 or others? i want to playing game with the highest settings and using single monitor with 1920 x 1080 resolution..
Cost isn't a problem, now i just want to build completely editing and gaming pc and i don't want to upgrades at all until 3 years or 4 years later..

You said you have good budget...then you can go for AMD r9 290x gpu...and get an ssd...You mentioned you want it for editing and smooth performance..when it comes to gaming..a good gpu handles all the work..but for editing and smooth performance and faster boot and loading...you should have a good SSD...Other than that your build is awesome :).
