I need to change the configuraton of my router to connect my smart TV to the server

I purchased A new router, Netgear N750 Wireless dual band Gigabit. I was able to hook up all my devices to the new router except my Smart tv. I need to change the band width on the router in order to connect the TV. How do I accomplish this.

You need to use the Netgear "Genie" router configuration utility:

With your router connected by ethernet cable to a PC, open a web-browser and type www.routerlogin.net into the address-bar, then click 'OK'

Default username: admin

Default password: none (leave password field blank)
