Below is the link. I can see that one is DTS, other is Dolby, one is PCI express while others are regular PCI. As far as connectors go they all seem to be the same. So why the differences in price?

one more thing, since I will be getting a sound card. I want to be eventually getting a 7.1 headset. But the options seem limited as most are USB. Is there a soundcard with a USB port? Or a good USB/adapter that won't lose any quality

One card has the AV200 Audio Chipset. The other two have the AV100 and one of these is PCIe. Both of the other cards are PCI. The AV200 and the AV100 are both good chipsets but the cards with the AV100 have better SNR (signal to noise ratio) they also have Dolby Digital which I like better than the DTS the AV200 card has.

Both DTS and Dolby Digital are good and it would be nice to have both like I do, but if I had to choose one it would be Dolby Digital.

So in my opinion the 2 cards with the AV100 Audio Chipset win out for Dolby Digital and better SNR. Of these two the only one I would consider is the one with PCIe (Item# N82E16829132006) the Xonar DX.

PCI is old tech and is becoming a thing of the past in favor of PCIe. Many new...

What are the different sockets? The seem pretty much same to me
Ok been doing some research and people are saying something like getting an adapter plugged into Sound Card won't work. Now some say it'll work but it'll be pointless because I think the USB in the headset does the processing by itself anyways

ASUS p8z77-v lk I checked I have both PCI e and PCI slot left

And again, I want to know that if USB headsets come with there own sound cards or something that lets them process their own sound, becuase main reason I want to get a sound card in the first place is to reduce load on my processor, but prefer to get a 7.1 card because I might want to upgrade later and would like to have a sound card already there by then

PCI is old tech and is becoming a thing of the past in favor of PCIe. Many new boards no longer have PCI slots and this will only increase as time goes on. Your sound card will very likely out last your motherboard and if you go with PCIe you wont have to worry whether the next motherboard has a PCI slot.
