I got this issue this morning. Im connected to the internet according to all 3 computers but I can't actually browse or use internet apps on either (2 PCS 1 Mac wireless). Since I tried all the usual diagnostics/resets already, I would normally conclude broken router except I can randomly access websites for a few seconds after a complete reset of router/modem but after 1min 99% of the time nothing loads( weird occasional google/youtube mightload after a whopping 30 seconds) so as you can see its not a "complete" inability to use the internet persay. Another thing I noticed is direct connection to modem works just fine, but direct(cable) connection to router doesn't work either to identicle degree as wireless. Also all the lights blink fine. thoughts? Time for a new router (only 2 years old this one)?
