it depends on you what you want to do with your pc gaming or video editing stuff if gaming then 1st should be good if or video stuff then second one r7 250 should not be good for gaming try to go for 7770 ..

i will use it in gaming sir...like watch dogs and the upcoming assassin's creed unity...
im playing in a 1280x720 resolution mid to high....is the 1st choice good?
