hello i started build a pc and i wonder when il need to overclock my system my psu will manage
to control?

System spec:
ZALMAN z11
ASROCK 990FX EXTREME3 RETAIL
AMD FX-8320 3.5GHZ 8-CORE BOX
MSI Radeon R9 270X 2GB Hawk
CORSAIR CML16GX3M2A1600C10 VENGEANCE LP 16GB (2X8GB) PC3-12800 DUAL CHANNEL KIT
XFX XTR SERIES 650W PSU
ZALMAN CNPS9900 MAX RED FAN
5 FAN
1TB SEAGATE

Yes, it's really good. XFX PSUs are made by Seasonic, which is one of the best PSU manufacturers in the world.

On a completely different note: If you are not editing videos/rendering, you don't need more than 8Gb of RAM.

Model KHX1600C9D3K2/8G
the one you propose and the list on example

KHX2133C9AD3X2K2/4GX

That's actually two 2 GB sticks, and it's pretty expensive too: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Kingston-HyperX-Grey-Series-4GB-2-x-2GB-DDR3-SDRAM-2133-240-Pin-Desktop-Memory-Model/15747235

It's faster, but it really doesn't matter; You won't see the difference while gaming.
