My current build is this:
Windows 8.1
3.5TB Hard drive Seagate barracuda (3tb and 500gb drives)
AMD FX-6100 black edition
Gigabyte R9 280x
16GB RAM 1333Mhz speed
Corsair g800 PSU
Asus M5A78L/USB3 ATX board
This computer that i currently have likes to drop in frame rates from time to time like when an explosion occurs, lag starts to enter my game but it does re-balance itself afterwards, and also when i turn my computer off and go to bed when i wake up the next morning, my computer freezes 2-5 times before it starts up correctly and doesn't freeze again after this (every single time i load my computer it freezes and i have to repeat this). i need help with this issue and a guiding light on how to build a gaming rig without the games lagging when explosions or mass of items being used like in RTS games for example planetary annihilation.
I have no issues with my GPU, PSU or HDD's because these are completely new items i bought no so long ago but i have no idea which component may be making my computer freeze.
Any help would be grateful thanks :)

I would suggest you upgrade to a fx6300 from a hardware point of view.
However, freezing is caused by high load, so perhaps yuor system ahs to work hard to resolve an error in the windows code possibly caused my malware/corruption. i'd suggest trying to reinstall windows and clean out your hard drive. check the task manager see if anything is using alot of cpu.
