CPU running hot on stock cooler

Hello,

Last week I build a new PC and picked the FX 8320 as my CPU. However, once I start gaming my CPU starts to get really hot. I did the 'AMD CPU Temperature Test' that's stickied in the forum, and under load (gaming) my CPU hits 59-62 degrees Celcius.

At the moment I am using the stock cooler (which is very noisy) that came with the CPU, and I've read that this isn't one of the best stock coolers. Is my CPU running hot because of the stock cooler, or is it something else like the airflow in my case.

My current set-up is the following:

CPU: AMD FX 8320
GPU: Radeon Club3D 280X
MOBO: ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0
HDD: Samsung 1TB
SSD: Crucial M500 240GB
PSU: Corsair CX600M
Case: Cooler Master Elite 310 (Yeah, a cheap case with 1 fan on the back)

Will buying a new CPU cooler help to keep the temperature (and the noise) down? I was thinking about buying the Cooler Master Hyper EVO 212, is this any good?

Thanks in advance!

Solution
If your case only has 1x exhaust fan I would buy an intake fan for the front and yes upgrade the CPU cooler. This should help a great deal.
