Blurry and dull image!

Hey guys, Just built my new pc, and the image is blurry and dull.
The build is: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/3dSV6

I have installed the drivers that came with all of the components. I am using a 1080p tv screen, which is 20". The resolution of the pc matches that of the tv screen. I am using a HDMI cable from the graphics card to the screen.

Any idea of fixes? Many thanks!

What model TV are you using.

Unfortunately quite a few TVs, while they are 1080, are not great PC monitors

I will just check for you! My friend said it could be due to the fact to the 50/60Hz refresh rate, and to get a 70Hz refresh rate monitor, would this improve things?

Bush LT24M3 is the tv. (it is 24", not 20", just noticed)

if the computer will run games just fine, but the images are blurry.

then better compare it first with a different tv, or better yet an IPS monitor.

everything on the pc is running fine. Have tried with my other tv, although that is a worse quality tv.

i don't see anymore aspect or issues that we can diagnose.

without comparison, then that's it. and i'm not very much sure on the performance of your current tv.
