Overclocking kill cpu?

Solution
No it wont if your cpu is running at safe voltage and stable after OC it wont damage it, yes it will shorten cpu life due to increased voltage. But cpu's is rated to last about 10 years not overclocked, so after 5-6years I think you would want a upgrade anyways...

HEAT will kill your CPU more than anything.

Overclocking and overvoltage is fine if temps are good and you stay within the safe ranges. The lower the better.

In fact, an overclocked CPU that is setup and cooled well can outlast a stock CPU with a poor stock heatsink that allows higher load temps.
