Best 24in monitor for $200 or less

i am looking to upgrade my old monitor for a new one. i have 200 to spend on one a new one.
i want to play fps games and watch movies but i also want good color. nothing bigger than 24in. and it has to have a DVI input as i plan to set up multiple ones one day.

any and all suggestions welcome

Asus-VS248H-P I think its not an IPS monitor because 2ms G2G is too good for IPS panel

Firstly, the BenQ monitor. It's not an IPS monitor, but it has a 1 ms response time which is the best for gaming, 2 hdmi ports a dvi port, and it has several viewing options in the menus.

Next, we have this Asus 24 inch IPS monitor. It has an IPS display, 2 ms response time, and 1 less hdmi port but it has a vga port.

Honestly, I'd go with the BenQ. That white Asus IPS monitor has had some mixed reviews, and for FPS 1 ms is the best
