My cpu temperatures?

I have a i5 3570 and when idling my temperatures are around 40,
Playing DayZ I alt tab and check and there about 60/70, is this normal, I am using the heat-sink and fan that came with the CPU, so yeah is this normal?

I would try re-seating your heatsink / fan (See: http://www.intel.com/support/processors/sb/CS-032036.htm) It also never hurts to apply some after-market thermal coumpound (something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186020) - they can easily shed between 3 and sometimes as much as 10c off of the stock grease / paste. Try the re-seat first and if that doesn't work, maybe look into aftermarket paste / CPU cooler. Cheers.
