hello im going to upgrade my build i have a single hd 7870 im looking to get 2X r9 280x and fx 8350 , im going to play games like crysis 3 and star citizen , if guys know better upgrades just tell me i have 800$ to upgrade my pc ty

This is what'll be best. Crossfiring 2 280x's is not needed. It's only useful for hardcore video editing, and the 290x is an excellent card for cheaper. Also, buy that 212 Evo cooler as well especially if you want to overclock somewhat. Even if you don't plan to overclock, still buy the 212 Evo because it's going to be needed with that cpu.

This is about 60 bucks more than you wanted, but I recommend upgrading the psu. It's always recommended to having about 200 watts above what you need, especially if you want to overclock everything. It's going around 435 watts, and if you want to overclock it might use some. You don't most likely need to change your PSU, it's only if you want too.
