Which of these two cpu coolers would you buy?

in corner 1 we have this

Neither.

After a year or 2 that copper cooler with turn a dirty greenish color.

If you really want the Zlman brand go with http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118074 where the fns are either nickel plated or colored.

my brother has a zalman cooler that is circular like the cnps9700 and it is still the same color it was when he got it in 2010.
