I need a new power supply

Hello.
I am about to buy a new graphics card this month, and I already know which one (MSI GTX 770, to play the latest games at a great setting), but unfortunately, my power supply would not be able to hold the new graphic card's 250 watt up.
My current power supply is a (Dell built-in I believe?) Chicony CPB09-001A, with 350 watt. It's enough for my current graphics card, which only needs 140 watt (or something), but not for my new one.
My stepfather told me that there *might* be problems fitting it inside the cabinet, which is a Dell Cabinet XPS 8100. And that I couldn't just put every power supply inside. Do any of you know of that?
The Chicony power supply's measurements in millimetre:
Width: 140
Height: 85
Depth: 150
Also, would I be able to buy any power supply with these measurements? How about the cables and stuff?
Also, I've heard Corsair is a good power supply 'brand', but I don't know?

All in all,
I'm looking for a power supply which has around 750W, which should fit inside my Dell XPS 8100 Cabinet, with the measurements mentioned above. Any of you know of anything? I try to keep my budget at max 100-120 dollars, but I don't mind saving some money.

Sincerely, Niklas.

Edit: I remembered about my motherboard, any before anyone asks what model it is, I have a Dell, which is OEM, so what I can tell you is that my computer is a Studio XPS 8100. My computer is 64 bit, if that information is needed.

I would check the measurements of your case and new power supply but would probably be best to just buy a new case that has more room than those small dell cases as far as power supply go with seasonic or xfx for a single gtx 770 you dont need 750 watts you can use like 650Watts fine here is one that would fit your needs I also checked your case it seems that it has a standart sized PSU so it should fit.

Power Supply: XFX 650W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($79.74 @ Amazon)
Total: $79.74
