ive get around 1800 to spend...i can get a good super spec pc or a normal spec pc with a console like ps4 or xbox one...the reason im considering a console is because of the awesome games it has like destiny, halo, uncharted, last of us, infamous, gears of war, quantum break..in short there many exclusives in console area that i can't get with a pc....i'll be using my pc for gaming and video editing...what should i do???!?!?!?!?! so i came up with these builds..help plzz???

When I think "budget," I think $600, max. Your "budget" builds, at $1200+, will blow the doors off any console, and be able to play any game out there, on "good" (i.e. high or better) settings (most likely on "Ultra").

Seconded, those are all 'enthusiast' class builds.

If you're seriously interested in the console exclusives, you can do $500 for the console, and a $1300 PC can go a long way. This will get you maxed out at 1080p for a loooong time, then you can get the best of both worlds :)

It all comes down to the games you like to play an how you like to play them. PC has tons of exclusive games but they are by no means triple A titles that millions of people are playing. Consoles lack the graphics that an enthusiast built PC can bring to the table but in the end of the day it's the same gameplay an close to the same experience depending on what game you are playing on what platform.
