What Connection does this fan has?

From a quick half second google search it uses a 3pin connector. About your mobo you can either get a y connector and use that or hook it up to a 3pin to molex connector but then it will be running full speed all the time.

Edit: Theres also a 4 pin version you can buy if you want PWM control.

It can only be a 3-pin fan. 4-pin fans have PWM control (the 4th pin) which your Arctic Cooling fan doesn't have. It will work just fine on your 4-pin mobo connector, or as mouse24 suggested, on the MOLEX connector (by using an adapter).
