I consider buying new video card, but this tiny DELL PC only has 235W power, and I calculated video card's TDP must less than 40W. Also video card must LP.

I searched reviews about R7 240 but there are just 0xAA benchmarks. :??:

How much R7 240 performance decrease when 4xAA on?
Does it perform at least 70% of 0xAA?

not a very powerful card, wouldn't expect that much performance out of it.

anti aliasing will be always taxing on any gpu, especially though on weaker gpu such as hd3450 or R7 240. you must be able to max out all other options first before you enable AA and both of those gpu cannot do that on any current gen game!
i aslo prefer playing games without any AA in favor of smooth and stutter free gameplay on demanding games even that in most cases i have minor performance penalties. GPU TIER

The reviews usually choose settings appropriate for the cards being bench marked.
You would try to increase detail settings before trying to enable AA, so on a low end card like this no one would be using AA.
