HELP PLS! Brand New Computer & Monitor w/ "No Signal"

So I just got my cyberpowerpc and monitor and went to setup everything up and when I booted the computer up the monitor said no signal. Its an LG monitor, brand new out of the box. the computer is brand new also. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Well, first of all check that the GPU is connected correctly to the motherboard and that the cable is well in place.
After that has been checked it gets a bit harder without taking a look for myself. Maybe wait for other peoples advice.

Make sure you plug the monitor cable to the correct port. If you have a graphic card, plug it to the graphic card ports.

Well, it's connect via DVI and there's only one DVI port on the back so idk how I could mess that up. I opened it up and check a few cords. the cord are just so nicely put together I dont want to go through and wreck it if I dont have to.

UPDATE
Actually, I believe it is plugged into the mobo. but on the graphics card i dont see a dvi port. I see two different looking port that idk wht they are called.

You don't see a DVI on your motherboard? That doesn't sound right... Unless you have so old of a GPU that it only has VGA (Not even sure if that's a thing), which would be weird since your on-board has DVI...
