Hi

This also occurs if someone repairs your computer using the wrong version of Windows or replaces the motherboard and uses the correct Dell Windows recovery disks.

Since this seems to be a Dell do you have the original Windows recovery disks or make a recovery disk set
(this will not help you if your motherboard is not a Dell)

Microsoft wants you to buy a new Windows Licence

It looks like you have an OEM installed OS. This means if the motherboard has been changed, it is no longer considered "Genuine."
You have a Real copy of the Original Windows 7 installed, but it is an OEM version. You should try phoning Microsoft to resolve this, it shouldn't take more than 20 minutes of your time.

bought it on amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00H09BB16/ref=oh_details_o03_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 THATS NOT THE LINK TO THE SELLER BUT THE ITEM ops caps anyways when i got it i used they key that came with it as it did not work i got in contact with Microsoft and asked about it they said that the key had been used mutilate times and they only way i could activate it was to buy a new one so i used a program called Windows_Loader_v2.2.1 {i do not think it is legal just thought it was unfair that i would have to pay for a windows key after i had already bought one } i could not return it as it was past the return date [because it took me awhile to get all the parts for my pc build . so is it legit as in will i get all the updates and any way to stop that annoying this computer is not running genuine windows

It appears you bought a pirated key.
And then you attempted to use a 'loader' to activate. Again, not valid.

Microsoft saying you need to buy a real key is not 'unfair'....you did not buy a valid, legal key to begin with. You got scammed.
Sorry, but that's what it looks like.

Buy a valid key and chalk this up to 'lessons learned'
