It's not that demanding of a game but it's making my gpu run at 84-86c while I'm running it, which I believe is pretty high. Idle right now it's running at 53c. Is there any way to reduce that temp safely, as I have never used any sort of fan modification before.

Solution
You can set it even higher but it will get noisy, test it out and find the sweet spot where it cools it down and isn't too loud.

Hey there dowwnload and install MSI Afterburner and change the fan curve , adjust it so the fan speed comes on higher and earlier than what it does automatically, you will have to play around with it for a bit till you find the sweet spot , this is the cheapest and easiest way to cool it down especially under load :)

The games not optimized yet, I would suggest setting your fans to 70%
Wildstar even makes my 780 cry, I can get 80 fps but its maxing out my GPU, im seeing 66C, I usually never go above 60C, even in crysis 3....
