How can I OC a GTX 780 Ti Classified to 1300hz?

I intend to OC my new graphics card as much as I can, and I have a few questions concerning how much I can push it.

Firstly, will I need to buy additional cooling addons to push it that far? What do I actually have to do to set it that high? When I set it to higher speeds, will I have to wait a certain amount of time for it to stabilize? Will I have to restart the computer?

Head over to Overlook.net and look for the Classified thread in the forums, it has all the info you need, including modified bios and the Classified tool. I hit 1325mhz on the GPU core on air.
