Weird error Asrock Z87 Pro4

I just assembled a gaming PC, and when I powered it on, rather than showing the BIOS, it shows "Reboot and Select proper Boot device
or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key_"
I have no idea what to do. Please help.

Clearing the BIOS/CMOS might help.

Also, make sure that you have media to install Windows. What it looks like is happening here is that quick boot or skip splash screen has been enabled. Usually the delete key brings you into the BIOS. You could also choose your boot media and install Windows. F12 is usually the key to get you there.

Basically this error says that there isn't an OS on your hard drive.
