Hello, I will build my first pc soon. Here:http://pcpartpicker.com/user/mckinstryt/saved/4B1a

What is an optimal fan setup for this case. I don't have a focus on over clocking. I will remove the upper hard drive bay to clear room for air. Is the stock fan on the front on the top or bottom (I would move to the top)? Also, can my psu fit a intake fan on bottom between psu and front cove?
Should I add more or is 2 sufficient?

Not even close. Stick with the Seasonic, It's a tier 1 psu and well worth the 'few bucks extra'. It'll also be quieter. The ocz uses a yate-loon fan, and while they are pretty good, they are quite loud.

With the HDD cage removed, you'll have good airflow into the gpu area, the fan is mounted in the top slot by factory. Yes, with that psu you'll have room for a bottom mount fan, either on bottom or lower front or both.

If you are into punishing the gpu games, I'd max out the fan layout, this way they run slower/quieter otherwise, 2 intake and the 1 exhaust would be sufficient

Can the bottom hdd cage be rotated so that it flows with fan because i would like to add a 2nd intake but dont want it blowing at the hdd cage from the side.
BTW: i will be using 1 hdd and 1 ssd

Also what fan do you suggest and what size

With my PSU, can i mount a fan on the bottom of the case with the bottom cage still installed?

Google the case. I'd go with matching fans, if not the same as stock, then something very similar, PCPartPicker has a good selection. All your fans are 120mm except for top which fit 120/140mm if I remember right.
Not sure on rotation, but should be able to mount a bottom fan with cage, just have to be very clean with wires from psu, or they may contact fan blades.
