Battlefield frame rate drops

I have just recently added another Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 OC Edition 2GB to my system to get better frame rates and to hopefully stop the awful frame rate drops, which effect game play majorly. These drops happen randomly and they cause my frames to go from 120fps all of the way down to 10fps, sometimes even lower. I am desperate for a fix, the drops last about 10 seconds each.

System specs:
-AMD FX 8350 @4.00ghz
-16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 ram
-ASRock 970 Extreme4 Motherboard
-SilverStone Strider Gold 1000w PSU
-Segate Barracuda 2tb 7200rpm
-Corsair Hydro Series H60 CPU cooler
-2x Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 OC Edition 2GB

Desperate for a fix of some sort.
BF4 min/avg/max:
Min: 8
Avg: 98
Max: 142

Thanks in advance, really needing help! I am running the two cards in SLI and have checked they are connected properly.
