Intel Core i7-4960X Extreme edition or Intel ore i7-4930K. Which one would be better forr gaming and video editing related tasks or would a i7-4770K beat them all?

The 4960x is better than the 4930k but it's not worth an extra $400-500 since you can overclock the 4930k. The 4770k has the strongest single core performance of all, but it only has 4 cores compared to the other two's 6.

Yes the 4960x overclocks but it's not going to overclock THAT much more than the 4930k to justify it's price. Yes the 4930k beats the 4770k in a lot of things, but the 4770k, when overclocked, would win in anything that uses 4 threads or less.
