Well then. It all looks great. You don't need a hybrid drive, they're nice, but you can save some money and get a 7200rpm normal HDD for $50 less. Unless you have that already, in which case, WHERE ARE YOU GETTING ALL THESE PARTS?The mobo is the only thing I already have, I'm getting a new mATX mobo with two pci-e x16 slots so I can sli two gtx 760's
I'm getting the hybrid drive because it is newer and better technology than an outdated 7200rpm drive, 100 bucks for 1tb on a SSHD seems pretty good to me, her computer will start up faster, things will load faster, I know they aren't the best for gaming, but she doesn't play games, I already ordered the parts already anyway
Plus my mom deserves it.

They are definitely nice to have, but the reason I don't normally suggest them is because that $50 can go to more RAM, a better video card or better processor. Plus, with getting a plain 7200 rpm drive, you can upgrade to a full SSD later. They are certainly better, but at the moment not the most efficient use of your money. With your budget and needs, however, it does seem to be a good choice. You don't need it to be very fast for gaming, but you want it to be quick with fast load times, but you don't have the budget for an SSD. So, good choice. It's a great build.
In the future, a much easier option than linking each individual part is pcpartpicker.com. It shows you prices from different vendors, lets you set custom prices, and allows you to pick specific vendors. It also allows you to link something like this:

trust me man, I know how to build a pc, all the parts I picked are perfect for her needs, I got a core i3 haswell cause that's all she'll need. She'll already have one of the best itx motherboards out there, there isn't much performance gain above 1866mhz on ram anyway, I ended up changing the EVGA psu to a corsair one. We're just getting her an AMD Radeon 7770 that we already have. We aren't looking to upgrade her computer, she has a ten year old G5, the ones that still use IBM cpu's. So we're just gonna build it and say, "happy belated mother's day, here is your new computer!"
As for my PC, when we transfer my mobo I'm going to have
A core i7 4770k cooled by a Zalman CNPS9700
this motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
16gb DDR3 RAM running at 2400mhz with a CAS latency of 9
A 150gb SSD
A 300GB 10000rpm WD raptor drive
2 msi GTX 760 itx editions in SLI (one will have an aftermarket Arctic Mono Accelero plus)
a 750W EVGA PSU
a blu ray player
an NXZT touch screen fan controller
my case is a Fractal Design Arc Mini
Windows 7 SP1
and hopefully I'll be able to get a windowed side panel for my case, as I got it when it came with no window but a slot for a fan that I don't really need.
