Im planning on buying this setup for heavy gaming and some editing and i want to get some feedback from it i want to run 1920x1080 if possible and games at max settings at 60+ fps if something doesn't look right give me some criticism and maybe recommend some products thanks guys

You'd be better off with an LGA 1150 socket CPU, as Outlander said. They're a bit faster and more efficient for about the same price.

Other than that, it seems silly to me to go for 'heavy gaming' on a $150 monitor. The color accuracy of a monitor matters practically as much as your graphics card to getting great graphics. I have the exact same monitor as the one you chose actually, and it's okay on my budget, but I would certainly never pair it with a 780.

i added the 1150 and also changed the motherboard as they weren't compatible but the reason i dont dont get a better monitor is because im on a budget check this out look better?

On a budget drop the i7, get an i5-4670k and a better monitor. There's no sense at all to get a gaming rig with a lower quality monitor.
